Parque da Lavandeira (Biological Park)

Parque da lavandeira,  a great place to workout with volunteers that at anytime of the day start working out together with a couple of people that are around.

This park is also amazing to run, walk, or just look around it’s biological and natural beauty. There is a succulents exhibition as well as a maze to explore.

The Lavandeira Park provides a wide variety of equipment for various aspects of leisure, namely walking routes, snack areas and theme gardens.

It is perfect for a run or long walk throughout the park.

Foz / Passeio Alegre

Spots to Workout outdoors in Porto

If you like to ride a bike, there are many paths where you can head to, if you like the beach, this is the greatest path for you. This path goes throughout Foz and Passeio Alegre, both lookout to the beach and are easy going with bikes. This is a great way to visit Porto as well as workring out.

If you need some equipment in order to workout, don’t worry Matosinhos has it all!

In Matosinhos beach there are bars and many other calisthenics workout equipments.

This place is wonderful to workout, and stop by the beach as well as you might get hungry after and there are many coffee shops, healthy options and not so healthy options.
